About the League

The Bushahr Premier League T20 2025 is organized by the Bushahr Swasthik Society and will be held at Rampur Bushahr. This is the first season of a franchise-based T20 tournament that aims to promote sports, youth engagement, and social causes in the region. The matches will take place at the Part Bangla Ground, Rampur, and will feature 12 franchises with a total of 15 players per team.

Player Selection & Eligibility

Retained Players	Each franchise can retain 2 players.
Rampur Bushahr Players	Each franchise must include 2 players from the Rampur assembly area via auction/registration. Not mandatory in playing 11.
Himachal Pradesh Players	Up to 2 players from any part of Himachal Pradesh (optional).
Under-21 Players	At least 1 U-21 player per team (playing 11 not mandatory).
Eligibility	Only players from Shimla, Kinnaur, and Kullu (Anni assembly) are eligible.
Player Registration	Online only via the BPL website (see Facebook page). Fee: ₹500 per player.

Auction Process

Auction Base Price	₹4,000 per player
Bid Increment	₹200 only
In Case of Bid Tie	Lottery system or toss will decide
Auction Budget per Franchise	₹1,08,000 + ₹3,000 bonus

Match Organization

All matches played at the Part Bangla Ground, Rampur
Matches will be played on a mat with a white ball
Full HD live broadcast and two big screens for audience
Experienced & trained umpires and commentators from outside
Players’ performances will be showcased on social media

The Bushahr Swasthik Society aims to reach the government and public with important issues in a spirit of sportsmanship and discipline—without protests, slogans, or rallies.

Rules & Regulations:

The organizing committee’s decisions are final and binding.
All fees are non-refundable in case of withdrawal or no-show.
Players must adhere to eligibility and registration policies.
Any violation of rules will invite strict action.
Additional rules/fines may be imposed by the committee if required.
